In response to the growing concern of the spread of novel coronavirus, the virus responsible for causing COVID-19, we are asking our clinical staff to take their temperatures daily and log them in an online portal. As a demonstration our continued commitment to providing high-quality therapy services our patients have come to know us for, we are asking for the full cooperation of our staff in employing this new procedure. Clinicians, we urge you to continue to put in place the kind of precautions that will drastically decrease the likelihood of contracting COVID-19, so that you can remain able and available to treat your patients.
Please note the following:
- All employee temperature readings are due by 9:00 AM each day, this includes weekends.
- If you develop a fever exceeding 99.5º F, you must follow these steps:
- Complete the Daily Employee Temperature Log
- Call our office at (409) 299-4638, ask to speak with the administrator, and report these findings.
- DO NOT see your patients, instead, we ask that you await further instructions from the ATS Administrative team.
Privacy Notice: All employee health data will be stored in a password protected, HIPAA compliant, database and held in accordance with ATS’ existing privacy policy.
