For those of you who have never had therapy at home before and don’t know how to go about signing up we’ll be happy to get the process started for you. All we’ll need is a few pieces of basic information from you and we’ll take care of everything else.
For the potential patient who has had some experience before with home health but now wants Alliance Therapy Services to do your therapy, just give us a call and we’ll make sure it happens. It’s really that easy!
We also realize that many times it isn’t the patient or potential patient who might have a question. If you are family or a caregiver who wants some information, you are welcome to call too! Just remember if you need specific patient information there are rules we have to follow.
