Frankie Tays, OTR, is co-owner of Alliance Therapy Services, LLP. Born and raised in Orange, Texas in a loving family of four, Frankie studied at Louisiana Tech in Ruston, Louisiana on a baseball scholarship prior to enrolling at Lamar University in Beaumont, where he completed his Bachelors of Science in Psychology in May 1998. Immediately following, Frankie was accepted into Texas Tech University in Lubbock, where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy in December 2000.
Following graduation, Frankie accepted a position with HealthSouth Rehabilitation Hospital in 2001, practicing as an inpatient therapist and serving as a member of the TBI and Spinal Cord Team. To expand his clinical experience, he moved to Memorial Hermann Baptist Hospital in May 2002 to work as an acute care Occupational Therapist. Through his efforts to provide outstanding patient care and his dedication to sacred work, he was later promoted to Assistant Director of Physical Medicine in 2008. In this role, Frankie oversaw therapy services in all physical medicine settings, including acute care, outpatient, inpatient rehab, wound care, and cardiac/pulmonary rehab.
Frankie is a passionate therapist who places quality of care first. He enjoys patient and family interaction and has become a reputable and dedicated therapist in Southeast Texas. His determination and caring attitude have been chief attributes leading to exceptional patient outcomes and satisfaction.
